1) Acceptance

By using Ai Promto you agree to these terms.

2) Account

• You must be 13+.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials safe.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3) Content rules

Submissions are moderated. The following are prohibited:

• Anything violating Saudi laws or Islamic values.
• Content harming national unity, public order or religion.
• Pornographic, violent, drug, or hate content.
• Deepfakes of real people without consent.
• IP or privacy violations.
• Content harmful to minors.

4) Saudi AI compliance

We follow the Saudi General Authority for Media guidelines for AI-generated content:

• Transparency: disclose AI-generated content.
• Responsibility: the publisher is fully liable.
• Protecting people: no real person's likeness without consent.
• IP: no unlicensed protected works.
• No misinformation: no fake news or fact distortion.

5) Licence you grant

By posting a prompt/preview you grant Ai Promto a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the platform. You keep ownership.

6) Intellectual property

All prompts and previews belong to their creators. No commercial reuse without the original owner's permission.

7) Disclaimer

AI models can produce inaccurate output. You are responsible for reviewing results before use.

8) Termination

We may remove violating content. You can delete your account anytime.

9) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
